I have read mixed reviews about this but I’m here to tell you that this thing works great. I have had no problems what so ever! I can pick up large screws and multiple ones at a time. It also unmagnitizes without a problem. I’m using good quality drivers, maybe that is why it works so well for me. I am a plumber and this really comes in handy.
